processes

First the waste is sampled and analysed. Samples are usually taken from every third drum delivered, which are then thoroughly analysed in the modern laboratory facilities to determine the value of the material.

Kilns and furnaces are used to drive off moisture and combustible products and the metals may be concentrated for extraction or sent to the hydrometallurgical plant for dissolution, refining and conversion into fine chemicals, which are often used in the manufacture of new catalysts.

Thus an Elegant Recycling Loop is created.

These processes are as environmentally-friendly as possible producing no further waste, heat from the combustion process is harnessed for production of steam or electricity, and fumes are captured by modern filtration equipment.
