In theory the waste generator is responsible for their waste under the Duty of Care, however, with Catalyst Recycling as Notifiers, we relieve you of this responsibility. Once the waste has left your works, we become fully responsible for it until it is has been fully recycled. We take care of all the documentation, labels, legal permissions, financial guarantees, insurances and auditing, so there’s no need for you to worry about a thing.
